That’s exactly what happens to me! Except my husband goes to sleep early, while I stay up late. We live in a 1-bedroom condo with one bathroom, which of course, is in our bedroom area so whenever I have to use the bathroom I have to open the door as quietly as possible without waking him up. I usually stay up on the laptop in the living room until I’m so beat from brainstorming story ideas or writing, then zonk out and come to bed.
